Two weeks ago I traveled to Sarasota with my daughters for Spring Break and once arriving, my truck wouldn’t crank. Not ideal. Being from Jacksonville I had nowhere idea who to call or even where to start. I’m so thankful that the tech at AAA recommended Beiler’s. It was Sunday, so the business was closed, but Danny still answered my phone call and reassured me that they could take care of it Monday morning. He was kind, friendly, helpful and generous, even offering me their rental car. Monday my husband started corresponding with them and was also immediately impressed. We needed a new alternator. And whilst that sucked, the guys at Beiler’s made it ok. They kept us up to speed with the entire process and by Tuesday morning we were able to drive home. I can’t thank them enough. If your car needs work, GO!

The Best. I have an older car, considered a Classic. It breaks down often and has many quirky recurring problems. After a few years at the dealership and then trying a few highly recommended auto mechanic shops that charged me lots of money but never fixed my car, I started using Beiler’s. They have been far better at fixing my car and getting me back on the road a happy gal. Chris, Jonathan and Danny have always been polite, respectful and taken the time to explain all the details to me and answer all my questions. It is a real comfort to me as I love my car and absolutely need a great repair shop. The only negative for me is that Beiler’s is far from my home. It’s a long tow when my car breaks down and that happens a lot. A few times, I foolishly tried other mechanics closer to my home, after hearing good recommendations. But unfortunately it cost me dearly. It was a nightmare. I came back to Chris and Jonathan who I can trust. They found the problems and fixed them at a reasonable price. I recommend Beiler’s highly. They are great people who care and do a super job!

Amazing place with great people. They replaced my wheel bearing and did my oil change very quick and did a great job on it. Highly recommend.

My experience was awesome! I will definitely be a customer for life. Chris was extremely professional, informative and kind. My a/c was repaired quickly and on time as promised. I would absolutely recommend Beiler’s Auto Repair to anyone. I wish all auto repair experiences were as smooth and easy as my experience with Beiler’s.

My most recent service on my 2007 Toyota RAV4 went very well. Service Writer: Mic was thorough in his explanation of the recommended services and the estimated costs. I am happy with the results. I have had the white Beiler’s Auto Repair sticker on my rear window since September 2023, for all to see. Thanks again.

Had an oil change at Beiler’s for the first time and I honestly think I found my auto shop. From easy scheduling online to check-in itself, everything was top notch. Gordon and Mic at the front desk are AWESOME and so incredibly down to earth. They keep you informed of the status of the service if you stay. They have candy and a coffee bar if you decide to wait in the lobby, which to me was decorated like an old diner. Oil change took about 45 minutes and no issues. Will definitely be back

I have been servicing my car at Beiler's for several years, and they keep it running great! Customer service is fantastic, and much appreciated! I can always trust they will take good care of me and my car, and never have to worry they will take advantage of me. And they always do a followup call to make sure everything is running well! One less thing to worry about! You can trust Beiler's to do a great job!

Outstanding and remarkable service! While visiting Sarasota for 5 days when another reputable service place told me I’d need a new motor in our family van we were traveling in, I went here for a second opinion, and I thank God I did! Excellent communication and service, and they saved our trip to Florida by having the rental while they repaired the timing on the odyssey! They worked to get this hard job done in our timeframe so we could get back home in time for work and They even called and checked in on us after we drove 800 miles home! 100% recommend! Also they have coffee in the lobby! ☕️😀
